How do we arrange pickup?

You can coordinate direct store pickup at our company Yard. Please provide 48 hours notice so we can prepare your hand-thrown materials.

Do you ship nationwide?

What is your lead time?

Yes, we arrange secure transportation - freight shipping for all the type of materials and palletized orders across the Cyprus directly to your site.

Standard materials-tools ship within three days (if are in stock). Custom materials, tools and equipments typically require two to to twelve weeks to produce and ship from the factories.

Custom run policy

Because custom projects needs to your specifications, we require a fifty percent deposit before throwing begins. Cancellations are not accepted once production starts.

Terms of supply

Returns & exchanges

Our terms are built on mutual trust, offering clear guidelines for custom runs, structural grading, and returns.

Unused standard stock materials and tools can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return freight logistics and restocking fees as well all the local taxes.
